I just wanted to say thank you. My kids had a great time at the last open bounce. What I really wanted to applaud you guys on was how amazing you guys were with my kids. My son Gavin had a great time and all went well, But the help i got with my 2 year old daughter was amazing. She was scared at first to go on the inflatable's. I tried to get her to bounce on the one with the sea creatures and she just wasn't having it. After she got a little brave, the young lady who was working that station not only made my daughter feel comfortable enough to walk to her, but she played with her and watched out for her well being when the larger kids were around. My daughter finally had enough courage to go on the alligator inflatable. The young lady working that also made sure that Gracie could have fun safely, she even went down the slide with her which gave her the confidence to do it by herself later in the evening. A situation came up as well where and older girl purposely pushed my 2 year old to the hard floor and I was amazed how the young lady you had working handled the situation, didn't care much for the parents reaction or lack there of, but that is just how some people are. You also had a young man working who made sure everyone was safe going in and out of the inflatable. I am sorry I don't know their names but I just wanted you to know that because of the kindness, respectfulness and good nature towards my kids, and all the others for that matter, my kids had a great time and we will definitely be back for future open bounces, as well as other future party needs. My daughter had a wonderful time on her birthday at Party Hardy. From the supervised bouncing to the pizza and dancing it made her 7th birthday one to remember. For me its great because it is all taken care of from the time the kids walk in the door till they are ready to head home. And another great feature to me is that its one party at a time and being in one big room its easy to keep track of all the kids.

We had a great time at Party Hardy for my son Cameron's birthday. The kids were running around having a blast, and the best part was NO CLEAN UP! They did everything, served the food, cut the cake, and all activities for the kids. You may see me again in June for my daughters party!
