With Party Hardy’s
popularity rapidly growing, we are now recommending that reservations
be made 6 – 8 weeks in advance. |

| Included |
Party Hardy will provide
your invitations, paper plates & napkins, plastic utensils,
cake knife, candle lighter, music, & even your hot dogs &
pizza or cake & ice cream, if requested. Your party Attendants
will bring everything to your dining area, where your guests can
serve themselves, unless otherwise requested. |

| Head
Count |
A head count is required
for every package, at least 2 days prior to your party. Additional
guests (kids) over the allowed 20, will be added to the remaining
balance of your party. If your party is paid in full, you can
pay for the extra guests the day of your party. Prices for additional
guests are $5- $7, depending on the package. Party packages are
based on “up to” 20 kids. Prices do not change if
there are less than 20. |

| Pizza |
Extra pizzas
may be added to the Deluxe or Ultimate party packages for only
$10.00 each. Each pizza includes 12 X-LG slices of pizza, so you
can determine the amount you’ll need to cover your extra
guests or parents. |

Bar |
Party Hardy’s
Snack Shack can quench almost anyone’s thirst with an assortment
of soft drinks, frozen drinks, coffee, hot chocolate & bottled
water. The Snack Shack also offers hot dogs, popcorn, chips, candy
bars, COOL glow-in-the dark party stuff and more! |

Food |
The only food
that is allowed to be brought into the facility is cake, ice cream
& goody bags. |

| Deposit |
A 50% deposit
is required at least 2 weeks prior to your party date, in order
to secure your reservation. The balance (including extra charges
for additional guests) will be due the day of the party. |

| Arrival
& Departure |
There is a 30
minute time frame between parties to clean & disinfect the
facility for the next party, so it is important to depart at your
scheduled time. For this reason, we ask that you do not arrive
any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your party. |

| Decorations |
Since Party
Hardy is decorated in a beautiful tropical theme, complete with
palm trees, tropical Snack Shack & Grub Hut dining area, there
is no need to bring decorations. You may bring balloons &
piñatas (anything that requires string, not tape or tacks).
NO SILLY STRING or confetti allowed. Silly string damages the
Inflatables. A repair fee will apply. |

| Tips |
We’re often asked if it’s
“okay to tip the attendants”. The answer is yes. There
is a reason our attendants get tipped frequently. They make sure
that your child has the perfect Birthday Party. If you’ve
ever been to an inflatable party center, you’ll quickly
see the difference. We offer many services that others don’t.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not
happy, we’re not happy! |
